KEEPING YOUR BABY SAFE
In a recent survey 3,033 parents were asked about their experiences using car seats:
Parents said their baby’s head has flopped forward in a car seat
Parents were concerned if their baby's head flopped forward while travelling
Said when their baby was new-born that they did not fit nicely into their car seat
Parents had not heard of the ‘Two Hour’ rule
YOU MAY NOT KNOW…
When a baby is in a car seat and their head flops forward, air-flow to the lungs can be restricted.
This can cause oxygen levels in the blood to fall and potentially lead to oxygen desaturation.
Medical research suggests that even a 40 degree angle can cause breathing issues.
However, most car seat manufacturers make car seats with at least a 45 degree angle.

Baby Safe is a new company with a unique and innovative design for car seats, utilising ‘hands free’ reclining technology.
We strive to be honest and caring with consumers regarding Safety and Medical information concerning child safety, and to carry out thorough product testing.
Safety will always remain our main priority.
The company has been built upon the vision to provide safer car seats for children.
The Founder, Lisa Walford, first recognised the need for car seats with remote reclining capabilities when she was raising her two daughters. Her later research revealed the serious health dangers of leaving a child asleep in a car seat with their head flopped forward.
Working on designing a car seat that addressed this issue of the ‘head flopped forward’ position, the ‘Safe Sleep Seat’ was born. The ‘Safe Sleep Seat’ is the first car seat of its kind with wireless, ‘hands free’ reclining capabilities to allow parents to safely recline their baby’s car seat while driving.
